 As
President of The Performance Management Group, Sandra has been
retained as a researcher, designer, instructor and consultant
for a variety of situations that include marketing communications,
sales force training, brand development and operational performance
improvement. Much of her consulting work has been with companies
such as Dow Chemical, Pacific Bell, U.S. Army, DaimlerChrysler,
Chemical Bank, and International Paper.
Sandra S. Connellan has been on the faculty of the Executive Education Division of The University of Michigan's Business School for over 20 years. Utilizing her talents as a communication and instructional systems analyst, Sandra has developed numerous accountability tools and programs for Fortune 500 companies throughout the nation.
Sandra's extensive experience and expertise is in diagnosing
and developing solutions to organizational needs and issues.
Her experience includes working for such companies as: Microsoft,
Ford, AT&T, Eli Lilly and Company, Commerce One, Federal Express,
IBM and General Motors.
